We know that our hard working Operators have not been getting paid properly in credits when they level. Our team has recently discovered the cause of this issue and it will be resolved on the maintenance of April 25, 2012.
We apologize for any issues that this may have caused in the meantime. Please know that all of your rank ups have been saved and that we will provide you with proper compensation during that maintenance cycle.
Please know that was not supposed to be a gift box distribution for ranking up and that display was a bug. We hope to get you your hard earned credits soon!
We have also found that some of our players weren't able to login to our game after 04/04/12 update because the login button is missing from the login screen. In order to have our development team resolve this issue promptly, please send us an e-mail to bugreport@sgiwest.com and attach your DxDiag file and BC.log file.
In this e-mail, please explain what issue you are having with as much detail as possible. Any e-mail sent to us without any information on what issue you're experiencing may be overlooked!
To obtain your DxDiag information, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Hold the Windows Key on your keyboard and press the 'R' key.
Step 2: The Run menu should appear. Type DxDiag
Step 3: Wait for the DxDiag menu to appear. Press the 'Save All Information' button in the bottom right
corner or the menu.
Step 4: Rename the DxDiag file with your in-game name.
Step 5: Attach the file in an e-mail to bugreport@sgiwest.com.
To obtain your BC.log file, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Find your Project Blackout directory (default location is C:\SG Interactive\Project Blackout).
Step 2: Find the file named 'BC.log.'
Step 3: Attach the file in the e-mail to bugreport@sgiwest.com.
